Hi sir/team,

I am ronald staying in a flat in glm colony 28th street.

3 street dogs are always lying under the cars parked and always giving troubles.

At night its all howling and damaging the cloths which i put down for drying.

When we chase them it’s barking and always giving trouble while crossing.

Also 1 dog was a diseased dog.

Please send a dog catching team to take them away.
