Homegrown Nuts — Order for Dry Fruits from Jammu

I, Mrs. Urmila Arora from Mumbai (MOB. No [protected]) ordered some dry fruits on 12th October 2023 from Mr. Deep Singh Thakur, Proprietor, Homegrown Nuts, Shalamar, Resham Ghar Colony, Near Raghunath Temple, Raghunath Bazaar, Jammu 180001 (MOB. No. [protected])and made the full payment of Rs. 3810 via GPay. Despite the prompt payment, I have not received the ordered items to date. Mr. Deep Singh had initially attributed the delay to issues with his courier company, assuring me that the order would be dispatched shortly. Unfortunately, no order came. Hence I asked him to refund the amount on 24th, 27th, 30th of October and then on 8th, 9th, 12th and 14th November 2023. Despite repeated attempts to contact Mr. Deep Singh through telephone calls, WhatsApp messages, and other means, he has neither responded nor taken any steps to refund the payment. Upon further investigation on social media (FB & Justdial), I discovered that I was not the only victim of his unscrupulous practices. Several other clients have fallen prey to similar fraudulent activities. Given the gravity of the situation and the apparent pattern of fraudulent behaviour, we seek your immediate intervention to address this matter. I also seek compensation of Rs. 25, 000 as a rightful acknowledgement of the mental harassment caused to me by Mr. Deep Singh's actions.
