[Resolved]  Homelane Interior — Fraud company :take advance payment and after that no service or design

[email protected] [email protected] [email protected] Already highlighted issues facing with Homelane from starting but no service and design of flat shared till now highlight my experience with homelane and team in NOIDA OFFICE which I don't want any customer face because not only money and time which is invested in building a house but lots of series of emotions that are also involved. After receiving the possession of our house we got in touch with MR Shashank who invited us to the office for the designing discussion . > > We first visited the home lane office Noida on 24 June 2023 at 12:30 pm to meet Mr Shashank and Ms.Garima Dalal. We had meeting for approximately 4 hours and after the discussion we paid the booking amount post which quotation was shared with us. During the same meeting (first meeting) we clearly explained our requirements for the interior work for our property . During the meeting we made the first payment of Rs 30 k + post which quotation was shared to us on email. On that day no one informed us about the terms and conditions related to the order cancellation, Designing phase, Customisation of designing etc. > Then there was no follow up for the site visit from Homelane side after our follow ups site visit happened on June 29 .At the time of site visit we were promised that VAASTU CONSULTANT along with designer and measurement team will visit the site.But there was no vastu consultant during the site visit and the blame game started on each other regarding the same. Later on we informed that Vaastu consultant cannot visit the site and they are only available on phone and that too only one selected day as per them. > At that time we raised this issue as this was the first commitment given to us while booking which turned out to be false. > Post site visit we met Garima on 5th July 2023 in consideration to provide complete design as our requirements already shared during first meeting and target deadline for work completion also we have mentioned 14 or 15th August 2023 Also asked whether we can also have a discussion with the consultant as it was a key element in DESIGNING phase as we strongly believe in VAASTU and don't want any designing without their suggestions. > This also remained unfullfill as she said that she will only consult with them and design accordingly which also we have to agree as we can't do anything but to trust. > > The meeting happened on 5th July 2023 really shattered our trust and the pdf which was shown to us was not personalised as per our requirements. The entire earlier discussion was gone to vain as it seemed to be the first meeting where designer was totally unaware about the customer requirements and made the designs pdf in which google images are just copied for the living and bedroom images some which are only sent by us . > > We have chosen Home-lane over other competitive groups because we thought that our work would be hassle free and designing will be as par the modern standards and designer understood our requirements so she will deliver the best. But sorry to say now we are sick of chasing and telling our requirements every time in the meeting. For you guys it may be any other project but for us it is our home where we have invested our hard earned money and time. The subsequent meeting happened on last Saturday where only the living and bed room standard design displayed to us with high level design not the entire flat designs as agreed .Also we have requested to show us any prev projects design but no response on this also. There also we patiently requested for some more designs and templates to be shown so that we can have better picture but that are not available . Then we asked for some site visits to see the real work. That was also scheduled after our reminder on next day that also in Ghaziabad Indirapuram in late evening but nothing to show in Noida. > when we asked about the measurements of our property that is also denied that they cannot share. I would like to know that why the measurements of my property which you guys taken after making payment cannot be shared to me only. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. Also the design whatever is ready pls share with us but till now nothing received. > > We want to understand as customer where is our fault ?? > I think it’s our fault??? > 1 ) Our fault that we decided to go with the HOMELANE and done booking on first visit itself. > 2 ) Our fault is that we want that designing of our house involves creativity rather than copy paste with google and when we ask for changes then Designer says that it is custom made and I don’t have time to work and I have other meetings aligned. > > 3 ) Why didn't your team inform that they have only standard designed which customer have to take and cannot ask any thing because they have pre decided what they have to give irrespective what the customer needs. > > 4)Our fault is that we have given ample time to your team for our designing and accommodate as per their time because we believed that creativity needs time and designer can provide best result which turned out to be a google copy paste design on 3 rd time meeting with designer. > > Nobody from the team is bothered to address the customer concerns. > > We totally lost our trust from the company. Now request you to cancel our project and initiate refund of the amount and no condition was shared with during payment by anyone which your is also accepted during call and meeting.
