Sub: Complaint against Mrs. Kavya and Mrs.Reshma
For committing fraud and cheating and collecting
Rs.10, 000/- promising me that they will sell my
Plot at Chinna Kandukur within one month by
Giving me 10 customers - and did not comply the
Above promise and not lifting the phone calls—

I, P.Ravinder, S/o.Late P.Gopal, R/o. H.No. 3-42/A, Plot No.260, Road No.5, Prashanth Hills, Meerpet, R.R.District, Hyderabad City-500097, bring the following few lines for your kind consideration and favourable action.

1. I submit that I am practising Advocate in High Court and Lower Courts. And I am a member of All India Human Rights Association.

2. I am having a Open Plot of DTCP Layout at Chinna Kandukur Village near Yadagiri Gutta. With an intention to sell the same I have published the same in Eenadu Telugu Paper long before.

3. By seeing the same, a women by name Kavya (Mobile No.[protected] and [protected]) called me and said that we are dealing in sale and purchase of Plots and their company name is HomeQ.in and asked me to pay Rs. 10, 000/- and said that they will give 10 customers to me within one month. I was not interested in the beginning. Since she made several calls, I went to their office at Uppal, Metro Pillar No. 857, Opp: MPR Complex, Indian Gas, Ist Floor on 8.1.2023. Kavya introduced me to another women Mrs. Reshma (Mobile No. [protected]) who sat in a separate cabin. Reshma also promised that she will provide me 10 customer leads to me within one month. They also told me that they will provide Facebook promotion and Youtube Promotion. I was not interested in Face Book and youtube promotion and I was interested in only leads. They have also promised that: “ We are having your area leads having direct site visiting contact [protected], [protected]”

4. I immediately I paid Rs. 10, 000/- through my SBI Credit Card on the same day i.e. 8.1.20023 through swiping machine. Reshma has given me Receipt dt. 8.1.2023. After that I made several calls for update, but they are not lifting the phones. On my repeated calls, once they lifted the phone and told me recklessly that they are trying their best and they will inform the same as soon as we find customer. I got doubt and asked them to return the money. But they are refusing for the same. By the above acts, it is crystal clear that they have committed fraud cheating with me.

I, therefore, request your goodself to take appropriate against in this regard and oblige.
