Hometutorsite.com — cheated by taking advance money and not willing to refund

I had signed up with the above agency by the name : hometutorsite.com who help teachers to find prospective tutions at multiple addresses as per a person's convenience. They pass on to you with the leads of interested parents who are in the lookout for good teachers to provide tution to their wards at the comfort of their homes.
Unfortunately i signed up with them last month by paying an amount of rs. 499 + 18% gst equals rs. 588.82 which is for a silver plan valid for six months wherein they provide you contact details of 8 prospective parties whom you are allowed to contact directly by phone or email or inform their customer service team regarding the tution id and they contact those parties on your behalf to find out if the parents would like to use the services a particular home tutor.
Their terms and conditions guarantee you a complete money back / full refund in case you are not able to find any tutions within a month and not happy or satisfied with their services.
Unfortunately there are hidden clauses which they never disclose to us at the time of paying for such services on purpose so that once they get the money they can do as they feel like.
I feel i have been grossly cheated by such crooks and frauds in the market who simply want to cheat people and make money by unscrupulous means.
They took my money on 4th of feb 2020. After about a month when i called them on the 5th of march they are telling me that they cannot refund any money to me since i have unlocked 6 out of 8 contacts from my silver premium plan. Even if they plan on refunding any amount it will be on a pro-rated basis. They said that they might be able to consider paying for two left contacts who i still haven't connected using my premium plan and that would barely amount to rs. 125 but for that i need to wait for another six months.
On the contrary a person by the name sumit from the service team is hell bent on arguing with me over the phone and he is asking me to be patient by telling me that they will try all means to get me a tuition by march.
Honestly i don't believe them and i just feel they are trying to mislead people and extract their hard earned money by luring them to sign up thru a paid membership. But it is a mere hogwash.

I have been cheated very recently by purchasing a silver plan by paying 499+ 18% gst equals to rs. 588.82 rounded off to rs. 590. I haven’t received any confirmed tutions till date after contacting 6 parties. Now when i asked for money refund they are telling me that refund is not possible maybe they can manage to adjust the remaining two contacts left in my silver plan which is on a pro rata basis. What nonsense is this? I am writing to multiple consumer forums today regarding their unscrupulous and fraudulent business practices by cheating people of their hard earned money luring them to buy paid subscriptions and then giving all # about not being able to pay any refunds. Unfortunately there are hidden clauses which they never disclose to us at the time of paying for such services on purpose so that once they get the money they can do as they feel like. All this is a mere hogwash.
