Honda Assure — Insurance claim settlement

I got accident on 10 january. I call on 100 immediately n done all paper formalities but suryeor is so adamant n demeaning that he denied to accept claim n straight forward told for toll free no then after showing road accident picks n fir copy on 100 he settled claim partially n now denying to abs issue realating to some sensor issues of my car which i got after that road accident. A third class service by u n forcefully honda gave me this insurance n now this behaviour is trying my patience. Get my claim settled of this abs issue otherwise i very well knw my rights n will go to higher authorities for this mental harassment of more than 10 days n if needed will sue in consumer court also.

Do needful at earliest n done my claim settlement as promised by company while giving insurance policy
