[Resolved]  Honda Motorcycle — Need to know the reason for cancellation of my PF form

Sir I sent all documents regarding my PF to your office, I got SMS from PF office that my Form has been cancel & letter has been dispatch to my Home address, Today more then 25 days gone but still waiting for that letter, Can you please help me in getting the reason for this cancellation.
