Dear sir,
Just like to mention that today we went to honda ring road, for the 10000 km, "free service"!!!
Last time we had only, 1st the oil changed after 5000 km.
Please like to say that this visit gave us a very bad experience!!!
1. The mechanic assigned very cunningly showed us the air filter, which was extremely dirty one.
The condition of this filter looked as if it is used for 30000 km... Whereas in your warranty book, replacement of air filter is to be done after 30000km!!!
anyways, i didn't argue about this matter. But, the norm is, this mechanic should have immediately showed me the "dirty filter"!!!

Please this modes operandi of these mechanics should be discretely checked.
2. The coolent level was low than the maximum level.
Firstly, i told the mechanic assigned about this. He said it's okay. No need to add.
Then i told the assigned adviser, wakeel about the low level of coolent. He too, ignored my request.
Finally, i asked the manger mustafa. Astonishingly, this guy very boldly told me, that there is no need to refill the low level, as the brand new city cars too have coolent lower than maximum level!!!
fortunately, i went up to your show room. Checked the coolent level in the brand new city 1.2 automatic.
The coolent level was filled right upto the maximum marking.
There and then i knew that each and every one, including the manager was lying/ bluffing!!
kindly like to suggest, that these unscrupulous individuals are bringing bad name to honda ring road!!!
