Myself sagar, recently i received a calls on 12th of august 2020 from a company (Honey technology sh56a gandhi complex rajmahal road mehsana gujarat 384001) of gujarat from mobile nos. [protected] and [protected]. They told me that my cv has been selected for part time job. They asked me if i am interested then i will have to send my documents to them, so that they can verify and check if i eligible or not. So next day, they sent me a link, from their mail id and asked me to upload my documents & as per their instructions i uploaded my documents. Documents uploaded were my scanned signature, one scanned photograph and a scanned copy of my aadhar card. But the very next day they executed the agreement of work by using my details.
The date of execution mentioned in the agreement is 19/09/2019, which shows that they are doing some kind of malicious and unfair practices to get money from people by unfair means by using their details.
They contacted me on 12th of august for the very first time and the agreement was supposed to be executed after the 12th august but they made an agreement dated 19/09/2019 which is clearly showing their unfair intentions.
I have not received any hard copy of any kind of document, certification or agreement from the above mentioned company.
They have only provided me a soft copy of agreement which they have executed with 11 months back date.
Now, i am continuously trying to contact them to get their registration or certification of the company to verify they are not fake, but they are avoiding my calls not even providing any proof of their authenticity.
They said that online work you have to complete 600 form in 6 days with 90% accuracy and each form of amount rs 25/- and after you will complete the 6 day and submit the form. If you fail so you will pay the registration fee of amount 4200.
I have attached agreement and the details of the company for your reference. I have not paid any amount to company till date. But as per the agreement they executed they says i’m bound to pay 4200/- rupees to them every month, whether i earn or not even if i do not work then also i will have pay that amount regularly.
Sir please help me in this matter and kindly take required action against these kind of fraudsters so that they do not try to extract money from other innocent people
