I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the poor quality of service, lack of follow-up from your support team, and the unprofessional behavior of your executive during my recent car wash service.
I had booked a Bucket Wash, Interior, and Exterior Ceramic Wash. The assigned executive arrived and completed the job in approximately 18 minutes. Upon inspection, it was immediately clear that the car was not cleaned properly. Several areas were left dirty, and only after I pointed out specific spots did the executive attempt partial rework. Observing the overall condition, I decided not to go through each missed area individually and instead requested a reservice through your customer support team.
I submitted photographs of the incomplete cleaning and was assured that someone would contact me to arrange the reservice. However, no one followed up for almost five days. On November 10, I unexpectedly received a call asking whether the reservice had been completed. When I informed them that no reservice had taken place, the call was disconnected. Upon calling back, I was redirected to the customer service number, where I was told that reservice could not be arranged due to unavailability of the assigned person.
Subsequently, I contacted the same executive directly. During this conversation, he made highly unprofessional and offensive remarks, stating that “people like me only claim free services.” When I objected to his comment, he raised his voice, used abusive language, and even threatened to visit my location, which is entirely unacceptable. While I acknowledge that the conversation became heated, such misconduct from a service representative is completely inappropriate and reflects poorly on your organization.
Moreover, I have been informed that certain executives in Hyderabad are engaging in unauthorized side business, distributing personal business cards to customers and diverting work away from your platform. If true, this indicates a serious breach of integrity and loss of control over field operations.
I request an immediate investigation into this matter, including:
A reservice or full refund for the incomplete wash.
Disciplinary action against the concerned executive for unprofessional conduct.
A review of local team practices in Hyderabad to prevent such incidents in the future.
As a paying customer, I expect to receive services that meet the standards promised by your brand and to be treated with basic professionalism and respect. I trust that you will handle this matter with the seriousness it deserves and provide a prompt resolution.
