Myself JMI Software. I have purchased a reseller from JP Software Solution . Until purchase the middle man said the technical knowledge and handling of servers are maintained by top end people and good with their skill. But after that I cant be able to use anything. Right now when I am continuously calling their mobile phone it stays switched off. Just a baby-due reason that cell phone tower is not near and middle one always say that that technical person is out of station and other silly reasons.


After reviewing messages from Mr. Jeya Prakash. The Honourable Managing Director of JPSS.in . What kind of Business is this. Don't you know that you are affecting our Business. Don't you have manners. Why you blame Kumaresan. If you have proper source you would have suspend his account way long back.


Are not you a shame of yourself to behave like this. Please be aware that we are going to complaint directly to the Consumer Board and going to cancel your registration. There is always power of common People.

Starting Time He will make payment monthly Correctly. Past 1 Year onwards. He is not making payment properly every month. I am charging him monthly Rs 350/- alone for Reseller Pack services. After due date if i call this guy. This guy simply attend the call and told me our grand father is died or he will told me some Rhyms. His Due date is Every month 26th He will make payment next mth 5 or 6 or 10. Finally one day i got Abuse Letter from Our datacenter to Terminate this domains

So our datacenter request to terminate this domains.So am terminated These domains. Suppose if am not terminated these domains. My datacenter will suspend my server. That guy is not making payment properly. Then who will give best service??? Please tell me.

Now a days USD Dollar Rates are very high. So we are paying to our server very high amt. These guys are not make payment properly then how we can pay the amt to our datacenters. For example if am not make payment to our datacenters before due date. Every day i need to pay penalty Rs 500.

Hello Again Mr Kumerasan padaychi. I[censored] have any problem u can mail me or u can spoke with me our mobile. Dont write like chilly words in Indian Consumer Complaints forum. It will Affect Our Business.
