Bought a hosting less then a month and already have very major issue in hosting. bought cloud hosting but still it's work slower then shared hosting and they are not provide any support at all. not receive phone calls or reply properly in WhatsApp. not even they solve the complain tickets. last 24 hour website working very slow and rejected from google for AdSense approval
performance checking website showing poor speed for the site . they are not responds properly or able to solve any issue. so i asked for my refund as they promised 30 refund. now they are not responds at all. we provide service and it's very important to solve any issue related to the service as soon as possible. and hostingmella.com failed to do so. so i want my refund.
