I am captain harbahajan Singh retired from the army, and resident of dashmesh nagar house no.1008 .On behalf of residents of dashmesh nagar, street no.6 tarn taran road opp bibi kaulan ji public school, Amritsar 143001, we did complaint to many places about this matter, no action is taken on this hotel. Even we have complained in person by submitting hard copy of complaint to the corporation of Amritsar, with all society's sign, whose diary number is 9671/CC. We have already submitted RTI against this hotel at least 3 months, whose diary number is RTI 2551/[protected]. We also sent letter to (Old CM of Punjab, Home secretory of Punjab Chandigarh, DGP Punjab Chandigarh, Human Rights commission Punjab Chandigarh, ADGP Crime Punjab Chandigarh, Commissioner of police Amritsar and Chief justices Punjab and harayana high court). by the speed post, whose receipt is also attached in this email. After all these, we haven't got any information about it yet. We have also mentioned again 1st Appeal of RTI in corporation of Amritsar's office on[protected]. We don't know why corporation is not taking any action on this hotel. So now we are complaining you again about people who are running a hotel and banquet in residency area. In my perspective I don't think they even have permission or some kind of license to run this hotel. Nor the map is passed by government, in other words it is not legal. Moreover running a hotel in residency area is not a very good idea as families with children lives here because it allows many young girls and boys to have a room in the hotel too who are not even 18, it definitely make wrong impact on other children of locality. The photograph of board is attached, which is placed on the entrance of the government street advertising their hotel and banquet hall. Many small and big parties take place in banquet hall, followed by loud music thus disturbing whole locality. Moreover whole traffic of street is jammed because of the vehicles of their customers. I want authorities to take strict action against Hotel Chahal Residency and remove the banner and iron angle which are hindrance to society's path to enter street at the entrance. Whole locality would be highly obliged. Please find the attached photo of illegal board as aproof. I would also like to inform you that, my (son kuldeep singh age 43) worked at shipping company for at least 20 years abroad, (son ramharjinder singh age 38) army retired, (grandson gurjot singh age 15) a student and (dauther in law - baljit kaur age 42)a house wife, They were all injured by the owner and his sons. We have does FIR on them FIR number is 170/2021.They threatened whole society with the guns, because they have different types of ammunitions. We request you please cancel their gun's license for the safety of the residents. One more thing about police, some of police men also are supporting them and trying to save them i don't know why. They are very dangerous people, They could attack with third person also on us or society's people. So it’s a humble to request you, please remove this hotel from our society and take strict action keeping in mind past happenings and actions of the owner and his sons.
