Respected authorities, I am Raj Gupta, I booked a table on zomato at “Hotel Grand Central” Chembur on 17th November 2023. I booked through zomato therefore i had option of having discount on my final bill. But sir when i got my final bill, I requested restaurant staff to remove service charge or staff welfare fund from the bill amount. Sir/madam we didn’t even took the service we served everything on our own, still restaurant staff forced me to pay extra service charge inspite of GST. We don’t find it right as we are already paying huge amount for the order, forcing us to pay service charge violates our rights. Please look into this. Thank you
