We had 4 days stays in Hotel Grand Place Chrompet. I was horrible experience. Will not even give 1 star. Cockroaches everywhere & bathrooms were dirty. There was no hot water in bathroom. They charged 500 rs for buffet its not worth at all. Buffet counter was empty. They will bring food from kitchen in plate when we ask. Server was showing face when we ask them to refill plate. Food was pathetic & i have never seen such a flat, sticky idly in recent times. It was like govt hospital food. They charged 350rs for a (horrible) tea like 5-star hotel. This hotel runs only for bar service & for people who book room for drinking not safe for family / ladies. Reserved parking is only for ppl who come to bar we have to find our own parking in roadside.
They didnt clean the room even after multiple reminders, finally by 11 PM once we were back after long day we had to force them to clean & they didn’t change bed spread towel & bathroom mat, thy just sweep & left. Plates kept outside was not cleaned even after 24 hours. Was this information helpful? |
