I booked two rooms in ksr grand on 02-03-18, same day due to plan change i gave cancellation request by phone. They told me myself will get refund in 2 weeks but today date is[protected], as of now refund not received. Whenever i try to call this hotel no proper response from this hotel. My order number is 2498 & 2499. Finally i got this hotel gm number, he also said i will get refund in 1 week, but not received yet. Please help me resolve this issue.
