I started the membership on november thinking that hotstar is streaming live cricket matches of india vs australia. But i found that they do not and i called in to cancel my membership. They refused to refund the money and in their defense they claim that although they have pictures of kohli and cricket in the website and also have india vs australia, they claim since they have (2019) it means only in 2019 they will have the ability to stream it.. Which they haven't mentioned explicitly on any of there website.
It's clear case of false advertising and i wasted 30 mins of my time talking with the customer service folks who are of no help in what so ever.
