Hi team,
I have been subscribed for premium yearly plan (Rs 999) in hotstar but then after paying rs 999, hotstar is still debiting my rs 199 every month as a part of monthly plan via my credit card details.
I tried to unsubscribe monthly plan but there is no option to do it. And cancellation of membership option is not working also there is no customer care number and proper support.
I request for the refund amount of monthly debit which happened after yearly plan subscription or the unsubscribtion.
I have manually cancelled yearly subscription now.
I request to cancel my monthly membership as they are using my credit card details for auto debit and i no longer want to use hotstar.
