[Resolved]  Siddhivinayak Developers — Improper construction and lack of promised amenities

We purchased a flat in Siddhivinayak Park Anmol Nagari, Dombivli West
Terrace flat 650sqft.
1. As it was decided to give fencing in gallery by builder. We have paid full amount of money in 2nd week of Jan 2013. Even after completion of payment they used to give soothing ans. each time we ask them about railing. We have placed the order with out grill partner.
2. The door of Bathroom is having hole made by Rat, that he is not changing since we made a first payment of token in sept 2012. Again Soothing ans each time we have placed the order. (Anyone will not work till he will get his payment!!!)
3. Wooden doors of bedroom and hall is 3rd class quality.
4. All lights connection not done by electrician!!!
5. Flooring is not cleaned by him when we took possession.
6. Sliding window is having misalignment gap is clearly visible after locking.
7. Opening of Exhaust fan in kitchen was not closed by any type of cardboard or anything to prevent from entry of birds.
8. Windows of bathroom and wc is not working it is stuck though it appears new!!
9. Head clearance is very poor hardly height of roof of bathroom and wc is 6ft.
10. Colour work and plastering one can see the quality is below poor!!
11. Kitchen trolley and and full tile is also not given (in which decade they are leaving?)
12. Plumbing is done of rusty Taps of water.
13. Kitchen wash basin water is leaking see in photo.
Although we have seen flat before purchasing and know this fact listed above
Will make others should not fall prey to such a village builders who own their land and develop on their own !!!
They will never keep their promise. Make you fool after payment of money.
