I had booked a plot in Phase[protected] sqft Cape of bliss Dapoli Maharashtra
After visiting the site personally, I put in a request to refund My investment in April 2023, and also gave my cancelled cheque, they promised to refund in 60 days
But
Till date No confirmation of refund has been recieved
Every time all I get is an automated reply
The salesperson also who sold me the plot is helpless, there seems to be no mechanism in the company To redress any dispute
No contact person to get in touch
All efforts are going around in Circles
But my faith in your company is compeletely shattered
