House Of Hiranandani (Hoh) — cheating customers and refusing to refund money

House of hiranandani has cheated thousands of customers in bangalore and i am one of the hapless customers that they have cheated. I have bought a flat in their bannerghatta road project in queensgate. Took away my advance 20% in march 2015. Did not hear from them on the project until dec 2017 despite several reminders. Arrogancy at its peak by this builder. I would recommend to all potential buyers to refrain from buying from hoh, it is a fraud organization that has cheated many people like me in the garb of being a quality builder. All decisions are unilateral and favouring the builder to the extent possible.
