The founding story of Mr. Ajtih seemed impressive and so we believed that it would be a good idea to rent out some furniture for our rental house in Pune. I booked a bed with a mattress and planned to invite my aged parents, I also booked a set of dining furniture on 23rd Nov'2023. Based on the assurance of delivery from Furlenco within two days, I invited them to stay with me. But to my surprise and the awful business ethics of Furlenco staff, I received only the mattress and a side accessory to the bed. I need not mention my plight to this further!! With all these problems, I decided to cancel the order because my purpose was unresolved. Further, the cancellation procedure of Furlenco is pathetic. The website is not letting me cancel the subscriptions nor is the customer care support team cancelling it. I have been messaging, emailing and calling them since then and there is a worthless response from every staff that I have come across!!! These are poor front desk officials who are only giving assurances and the Managers are sitting at the back and enjoying the drama. None of them have attempted to resolve my difficulty!!! I have not received any cancellation confirmation not refund of my money to date. Was this information helpful? |
