Dear sir,
I have order a ladies suit worth rs 1550 and pay online.. The same same i found some reviews about this company. I called the company on a number provided on their website. The same day i ordered i requested them to cancel the order n return the same in my account. They told i will get a call back shortly. But i didn't get any call from them. Again i have tried to call them and got the same response.
Finally today on 29.08.2019 i have received the packet which contains the product that has no similarities as shown on website.
On requisting to return through mail they replied they will not return money but give me some reward points to use them to buy their products only..
This is a fake company, cheating innocent people n doing a sort of fraud in e-commerce business.
Plz ban this company for doing such a fraudulent activity. Was this information helpful? |
