I asked her this especially that would she be able to deliver the dress before karwa chauth because I'm especially ordering this dress from this occasion.
She gave me assurance that she'd deliver it before karwa and I'm asking for tracking details from so many days, she's not giving it. I want a refund now. My karwa chauth has been spoiled already, I don't have anything to wear. If she wasn't sure about the delivery, she shouldn't have taken my money.
On the same day i ordered my dress from her I ordered jewelry from nykaa that came from mumbai day before yesterday but she couldn't deliver my order from gurugram.
This is lying and fraud... I need my money back
