1. Owner collected pending bills with us after our joining.
Oct-2022 current bill dues.
2. Owner demanded 10% increase, even agreement made for 5% increase.
3.Not giving back advance 30000/settlement money as per agreement & wanted delay to get rent for the running days.
4. Current bill: ASD demanding of last 4 years due, we joined just 2years back.
