Hello,
I paid 40k as advance and took a 1 bhk in tavarekare road which rents 7500. I have to shift to kerala byu jan 12th. As per the last discussion with my landlord in November, agreed not to pay Dec and Jan rent amount, will return remaining advance amount and leaving 1bhk by 10th jan 2015.
When I returned after my x mas vacation on jan 3rd, they put some other guy in the 1bhk. I got out. They didn't allow me to enter and threw my things from the room. I didn't get my advance amount back.
I got harrased by these people and I want legal help.
