I was employed with Housewise for approximately 4 months in a remote role. My last working day was 30 January 2026.
As per company policy, my Full & Final settlement was to be processed within 45 days. However, even after completion of the timeline, I have not received my pending salary.
I have made multiple follow-ups via email and messages, but there has been no response. My contact with HR has also been blocked, leaving me with no communication channel.
I have already raised a formal grievance with the Ministry of Labour & Employment (Ref No: MOLBR/E/2026/0058165), but the company has still not responded.
This delay is causing financial difficulty. I request the company to immediately process my pending dues and resolve this matter at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
