Housing Buddyin — Providing House Maids

I got this company from search machine on google. they provided a number . said they are a team of people mostly MBA and will do the work. I had asked if it would be easy for them to provide maids in kerala they answered they have tie up with locals. They dont know even where chengannur is as they gave maids residing at kottayam and ernakulam . coming from kottayam and ernakulam will take more tha two hrs . so the maids couldnt come . after that they did not respond or bother. i asked for refund the assistant said they will give but since a week they did not respond so when i sent a mail they are saying they responded saying we have to see if i am eligible or not for repayment. I dont quite understand this where does the question of eligibility come when you have tricked me?Please do something about thisand help me.
