Mainne ek product (Pan) online order kiya tha Hovia company se, jiska ad maine YouTube par dekha tha. Order kaafi achhe tarike se dikhaya gaya tha video me, par jo product mujhe receive hua, wo bahut hi poor quality ka tha. Na uski packaging sahi thi, na material. Bilkul waisa product nahi tha jaisa dikhaya gaya tha.
Company ki taraf se return policy mention thi, isiliye maine turant hi unki official email ID ([protected]@gmail.com) par return request bheja. Maine 3 baar follow-up mail bhi kiya, par ab tak koi jawab nahi aaya hai.
Yeh company customer se paise lekar low-quality product de rahi hai aur response bhi nahi kar rahi hai. Ye unfair trade practice hai aur customer ko dhokha diya gaya hai.
