I am a regular passenger of train 12847 howrah digha ac super express (up & down). after several complaints made to the tt i feel i should lodge a complaint here. the service offered in this high profile train is simply pathetic. most of the time there is no electricity. all of a sudden the power goes off resulting in the switch off of ac throughout the entire train. moreover the person assigned to take feedbacks from passengers, just asks for signatures and he himself mark the rest of the form. thus no genuine feedback is received from the passenger's end. the sweepers and the housekeeping staff regularly ask for hefty tips from every passenger. on refusal they misbehave. even if the passenger willingly hands over a 10 rupee note, these staffs refuse and insist on nothing less than 50 or 100 rupee.
What kind of service are you offering where the passenger's are terrorized by the staffs and the tt is just a helpless spectator.
