Howrah Ramkrishnapur Cooperative Bank Ltd — Fixed Deposit not returned after maturity date

I, Subhasree Neogy writing this behalf of my 68 years old mother, Mrs Gayatri Neogi who have deposited her hard earned money to the said bank ( Ramkrishnapur Cooperative Bank Ltd, Howrah) on 21 Dec 2002. The bank announced bankruptcy and failed to provide the assured maturity amount to my mother on the maturity date. They again reopened with Government 's help in 2020 and return of maturity amount was reassured to all depositors. But it's one year now they have not released my mother's deposit / maturity amount till date even after several request from my side. She is 68 years widowed women and its very hard for her to chase the bank for this ! They have harrased my mother enough by keeping her hard earned money for prolonged 19 years !! Please help me to get my money bank from them. I have attached my deposit certificate for reference.
