MY Complain : I applied one new connection on my mothers name (SHAHIDA PARWEEN) having Registration no: [protected] on[protected] and being there in distributor queue it got rejected after 15 days i.e. on[protected] with distributors comment i.e. Details in KYC dont match with the uploaded scanned copies. In between these period I visited the distributors office 2 times during office hours owner was not there both time in office.Staff there told they will visit to my place and verify the documents but no one did the same.After rejecting my application I contacted 2-3 times to distributor over phone but every time he told the uploaded document is not forwarded to him and he is not getting it in server.But what he told me over phone and what is there in comment is different not same. Again I applied another new connection with new Registration no: [protected] on[protected] and being there in distributor queue it got rejected after 3 days i.e. on[protected] with distributors comment i.e. Details in KYC don't match with the uploaded scanned copies and when I communicated with distributor over phone he told me the same reason which I mentioned above. My Query and Request to HP is : 1) Do I not get new connection If NO please let me know the reason or if YES then when I get it. 2) Is there any time limit to reply by distributor when application forward in there queue If YES please let me know how many days it is and what HP Gas Agency do if customer harasses like me or if NO then why it is not defined to smooth the process. 3) In this era of 2015 government is focusing on transparency of works related to public comforts then why every time we are facing theses kind of issues.If I a well educated person is facing these types of issues then how non-educated or less educated peoples use to treat. It would be great owner if HP reply me for my issues. Thanks Waiting for Your Effective REPLY.

Again I Reopen my complain being non getting proper solution whether I get my new connection online on genuine rate or not :
Me : I already have uploaded the document online.Then why this comment is patching again and again distributor is unable to see address prove like POI and POA.What would be his next step to solve the issue.And why his verbal and written comment is not matching again and again.Please let me know whether I get new connection on real and fair price without any add on from distributor or My application will hang between authorities to authorities.I got replied after 20 days with no solution.Please let me know what is clear steps to get my connection on fair base.I am eagerly waiting for your noble reply and support.
