Hp Gas Sri Ramalingeswara Enterprises, Keesara — Not weighing the gas cylinder before delivery

Sir/Madam,
I am a HP gas consumer (consumer no. 411615) registered with Sri Ramalingeshwar Enterprises, HP Gas agency, Keesara village and Mandal, R R District- 501301, Telangana.
I wish to bring to your knowledge the irregularities in HP gas refill delivery being practiced by the HP gas agency, Sri Ramalingeswara Enterprises of Keesara Mandal, RR Distt., Telangana.
I booked my HP gas refill cylinder through HP ANYTIME hotline [protected] on 14.4.2017 at 10:37 AM. The same day I received booking no. 517791 with OTP 4486 through SMS at 4:24 PM. On 15.4.2017 I got SMS of my cash memo no. 147232 for Rupees 821.50 as the cost of this gas refill cylinder.
When no gas cylinder was delivered to me even after 10 days of cash memo number, I lodged a complaint of non-delivery on the national hotline for complaint[protected] on 25.4.2017 at 9:56 AM for which I was duly given the complaint no. 17019069.
The next day, i.e. on 26.4.2017 at 10:20 AM the HP Gas delivery boy came to deliver my HP gas refill cylinder. I requested the delivery boy to weigh the gas cylinder before giving it to me. He told me that he does not have a weighing balance and cannot weigh it. He further said that next time he would bring the weighing balance and would weigh the cylinder. I told him that I will take the gas refill cylinder only after I have checked its correct weight. But he told me that the weight of the cylinder is correct and I should take it without weighing, and that next time he would bring the weighing machine and would weigh the gas refill to be delivered.
It needs no mention that without cooking gas my family is facing great difficulty. This gas agency never delivers the gas refill in time and sometimes crosses even two weeks. Every time the delivery boy of this gas agency refuses to weigh the gas cylinder saying that he does not have a weighing machine and will bring next time.
It is requested that necessary enquiry and action be initiated in this regard against the concerned HP gas agency as many consumers are suffering due to the agency’s non-adherence to the standard guidelines and noncompliance to the rules.
I am still waiting for the agency to deliver my gas cylinder after I have checked its correct weight.
