Hpu — Fees debited but didn't get confirmation letter and not showing success km site as well

I applied for BCA 5th sem fresh and BCA 3rd sem reappear examination form, the fees was paid through e challan from my debit card, the payment was successful and amount was debited from my account but it is not showing success on site neither I get the confirmation letter.
