Hr Recruitment — Refund of money

I am sumit agarwal from hr recruitment offered me job and said to deposit 2500Rs. in paytm a/c [protected] i did that after some time they again said to deposit Rs.5500 to verify my document's, after some time they again said to deposite Rs 10500 to joining security, but i cancelled the offer and demanded to refund my money and they said they will refund my money within 1 week, then they said after one, but still now they dont refund my money
