I have ordered one watch of titan through shipstreak order id #10289, after receiving the same i found different and damage product immediately i logged a returned ticket thru ship streak and the item was picked on 18th jan by ecom express courier and was delivered to hs enterprise on 23rd jan against awb#[protected]. Till now i have not received refund of rs 1299 and i am not able to connect any one. I got one whatsapp number — [protected] of shipstreak (Thru chat mode only), when i am trying to connect them there is no response.
Today (8th jan 2024) i went to ecom express courier office and from there got the details of hs enterprises to whom my item (Watch) is delivered.
Please help me to get the refund asap.
