Hs Tapes — I'm complaining for the payment refund and material dispatch

Address: 502 kushal bazar nehru place new delhi

I have ordered 520kg stretch film to HS tapes also send them 50% advance payment.
But still I haven't received the material or payment refund from HS tapes.
Please help me as soon as possible.
