Hsrp — Not received in invoice of online payment

I have paid the amount of rupees 495 online through my phone pe app on 8th august 2021 for my new number plate but I didn’t received any reciept or any legal payment slip from their side kindly help me for this concern and guide me further otherwise help me to get the refund of my amount.And one more thing when i was paying the amount the name of reciever was [protected]@yesban.
