I request/appeal to the government of india,
To please look into this matter, and take some serious action, on this jobssavvy.com...

This jobportal website is collecting huge amounts from unemployed youth,
By false promising that they will provide jobs,
Within both india as well as abroad...

Initially i got a call & also email from jobssavvy.com around april-2017...
They asked me to pay 3000rs to get registered...
But i didn't pay any amount initially...

Then onwards they started torching me with repeated phone calls everyday...
By saying that they will provide me with jobs...

So finally i paid the 3000rs for registration...
After that they asked me to pay another 3000rs if i want foreign country jobs,
Like canada, us, uk, germany, australia, singapore, etc...

And told me that i have to bare charges for travelling, food & accommodation for first month, which may cost around 2.5 to 3 lacks...

I said no... I said show me jobs in india only...

After that they asked me to pay 2000rs more,
For resume preparation...
I paid ok and gave them...

After that they said, for fresher it is difficult to get any job...
But for experienced person will get lot of job opportunities...

So they said, they will give me some fake experience documents,
For around 35, 000rs... So i paid...

Later they said, they will provide experience related training...
So they asked me to pay another 15, 000rs for training...
I said ok, and paid...

Till now nearly 4-5 months passed, but i didn't receive even a single interview update from their side... Nothing from their side...

So i waited & waited... There is no response from their side...
So i myself called them... Then they said, the person who is responsible for your profile is not feeling well, and she is absent for many days...

Ie sravani, haripriya, sudha, keerthi, etc...

Everytime i have to explain my story to each and every person...
They started speaking in a very harsh manner...
(Even though i am asking them in a very friendly manner)

I called jobssavvy...
Sravani lifted the call, i explained everything...
No response... For more than a week...

So i called again, haripriya lifted my call this time, i explained everything... No response... For one more week...

So after few days, i called again,
This time sudha lifted my call,
I again explained her patiently,
But still no response... For more than 3-4 days...

So after few days, i called again,
This time keerthi lifted my call,
She again asked me for complete explanation...
I explained her starting from the beginning that
I paid & got registered in your website, but no interview updates received...

So ultimately, everytime i call,
There is no response from their side...
This happened for more than 4-5 months...

So what happened to my money...
What to do now...

I paid more than 65, 000rs to them...
For fake experience documents,
For training,
For registration,
For resume preparation,
Etc, etc...

Initially before paying,
They used to call me 10-20 times in a single day...
They gave me 100% job assurance...

But now even if i am calling,
They are acting as if, they don't know me...

Now they completely stopped calling me...
And moreover they are not sending me any kind of job updates...

And even if i call them to know updates,
They simply not lifting my calls...

Or else, they are inturn asking me for explanation,
Starting from the beginning,
How i joined, when i paid, etc etc...

I lost my money, time, and job...
I don't want this to happen to anyone else,

So i request indian government to take some serious action on this job portal,
Ie http://jobssavvy.com/
Which is playing with the lives o[censored]nemployed youth in india...

It may be very easy for the government to discard this complaint...
But for the unemployed persons like me, it really costs our life...

I hope the government, to do justice to all unemployed indian citizens,
From falling victims to this kind of job portal...

i don't want to prolongate argument with them. They just called me more than 60-70 times today to my number and warned me. so i don't want to be get disturbed by them any more. i will search for job else where. jobssavvy.com may have the good intention, but its employees don't respond properly. that's the problem.

Because I don’t want the jobssavvy.com job-portal, to get any kind of bad name…
Just because of any some employee’s fault/negligence…

jobssavvy.com is providing jobs, to the many un-employed youth in India…
For a really very less reasonable fee, ie just 1299rs…
Which is really very very good & great job… They are doing…

Bringing change in the lives o[censored]n-employed youth, is really very great job…
So I don’t want to comment-negatively on Jobssavvy.com…
Which could degrade the value/reputation of jobssavvy.com job-portal/organization…

In order to get, any good-name or bad-name to any organization,
Its employees are the main/basic reason…

We can’t blame the entire organization,
Just because of a single employee’s fault/negligence…

So I don’t want the Indian government, to take any kind of action, on this jobssavvy.com job portal,
Because they are doing really very good job, by providing jobs to many un-employed youth in India…

To guide their employees, strictly…
To be more precise, towards the queries of their clients…

And the person who told me, to take fake-certificate…
I don’t think, he belongs to jobssavvy.com employee…

Because, I got nearly 20-25 different phone numbers/calls from jobssavvy.com
So it is obvious that, I might have miss-understood, that number for jobssavvy.com…

And I think that person might be some outsider…
And doesn’t belong to jobssavvy.com / employee…

On that day, when I wrote my previous review,
I was really very much frustrated & angry…

Because they didn’t respond to me, for more than 2&1/2 months,
Without any job updates… No interviews… No calls… No emails… Nothing…

And even when I called them, after nearly 2weeks of gap,
They simply disconnected my call thrice… (For no-reason… And this happened twice…)

So I was literally very angry on them,
If they are in front of my eyes,
I would have definitely slapped them…
For such kind of reckless behavior, towards all of their clients…

They are reckless, not only with me alone, but with everyone… Because…
You can see, few more negative-reviews from other clients, which you can see on the social-media,
Stating that the employees are very negligence/reckless…

So there is no doubt in it… i.e. it’s definitely 100% employee’s fault only…
And 100% NOT the fault of jobssavvy.com job-portal / organization…

jobssavvy.com job-portal is really having very good-intention…
But unfortunately, its employees are ruining its reputation…

I am not the only one to make negative review on them…
But I can see 2 more people in the social-media…
Who said exactly, that the employees are bit reckless, towards the queries of their clients…

My parents paid the amount, and my parents are asking me,
“What happened to your job, that we have paid you amount… and you said, you will definitely get 100% job guaranty through that job-portal”…

So even though the jobssavvy employee, may not answer to any of my queries/phone-calls…
But, am I not answerable to my parents…

On the other hand,
These employees are not giving me any kind of job-updates/interviews/phone-calls/emails,
For more than 2&1/2 months…
And not even telling us, what’s going on…

Atleast they should tell us that,
Why it is getting delayed…

So that we can make alternate plans,
Or come-up with alternate solutions…

Or we can give them alternate suggestions…
Such as look for bpo instead of s/w, or change location, etc…

But simply disconnecting our calls,
What does it mean???

So in order to teach them a lesion, I wrote my previous complaint letter…
I hope with my previous complaint, they will change their behavior/attitude towards their clients…

And atleast from next time onwards, hope they respond properly to the queries of their clients, who gets registered in its job portal…

Last but not the least,
Jobssavvy.com job-portal is very good job-portal…
The creator’s intention is really very good & great…

But it is only some employee’s fault… That’s it…

why don't you show the 65, 000/- receipt or bill on your name and to be precise enough we will not encourage this kind of fake certificate candidates like you.

If you can show us the receipt of 65, 000/- we can refund your amount.
If you cannot show us the appropriate value based receipts and proofs, then you have agree that you are a fake person.

By the way, we know that you are not Suraj Kumar, But it is Anil Kumar.
Have already inquired everything.
