We booked 2 rooms in dream homes, Kunjithanny, Munnar (website: http://www.dreamhomesmunnar.com) last week through Munnar Homestay.net. The homestay does not have the basic amenities like:
1. No TV in one room
2. TV in one room but only couple of Malayan channel. Since there is no power backup, you can't see TV in most of the time
3. Room locks do not work. So you have to keep luggage in the name of god only
4. Poor quality breakfast.
5. Extremely bad service in terms of hot water and power backup.
The place is too far from Munnar town and so remote that you cannot get any food which you can take as a dinner. For example, we got Chapati in only one hotel in Kunjithanni and you will be amazed to know that only curry available is beef curry. Yes, that is the infrastructure of the place where dreamhomes is located.
