This is to bring to your notice regarding the quality of product delivered.
Our order id is :FDI:[protected]
The order date was 26th April with the condition of same day delivery.
An extra payment was done to make the delivery the same day.
But alas!!! The order reached on 29th April evening and the condition of ladoos is pathetic. There is fungus on the ladoos and they all look to have been delivered from a very low class mithai shop.The condition is disappointing.
I have attached herewith the photos of the same to make you aware of the product received.
I paid Rs700 for 1kg ladoos which is normally available in market at Rs.350-Rs.400.
Even after paying double the amount the product received is of poorest of the poor quality.
I value my money, and don't want to be wasted for such a product.
Request you to refund the money back.
Don't compel me to knock the customer court for this matter.
Take this product back.Will keep it in the same intact manner as the way you have delivered.
If no action is taken from your side to provide the refund back, I will be forced to take a strong action against your services Was this information helpful? |
