I have purchased IPhone 4S on 30/06/2016 with order no: 400 through the website " http://www.eshoppingbazaar.in " through "PayUbiz" payment mode with cost of Rs. 9759.20/-. I have not received the product as per the confirmation which they sent and I received a reply saying that due to some technical issues they are unable to deliver the product on time. I tried to verify their official website, which is also not working. In their website they have confirmed that they will refund the amount back by 31st July 2016. I hope their refund my money back and hoping its not a fraud or something.
If this doesn't happen, is there any organization which can help in finding these fraud, as they used all the websites, money transactions, customer care etc, where they have to register with every where using their ID and address proof to get the license to do the business.
Please someone help all o[censored]s who got betrayed with this as its our hard earned money and feels frustrated with those who tried to live by cheating others.
