Dear sir i am Vikas Agrawal. I am working in Bahrain. I am recently married & my wife stays in Raipur. I had booked a Flower bouquet in advance (2 days prior) to be delivered on 14/02/2015 9 valentines Day)through this website http://raipurgifts.com/.I booked it through online booking and payment was done through online mode. As per their website they are committed to deliver the gift same day But they failed to deliver instead of continuous follow up from morning 11:00 AM. I might have made more than 5 call to them ( Call rate 14 INR/Min). They promised me to deliver the gift to my wife in next one hour every time i called them.finally they could not delivered the gift to my wife which was a very big embarrassment to me . Next day Was Sunday. Monday when I called them I did not get proper response from their staff. I kept on following up with them so that even late, if the gift will be delivered somehow i would be able to prove my wife that I had booked something for her, I had not forgotten her and that I love her. But it never happened. After this incident I kept on following up with them.i again requested on date 17th February to Mr.Das s ( Customer service Manager ) to deliver the same gift to My wife as a her birthday gift on date 20th February. He Promised me to deliver the same but this time also they failed instead of promise. Again My love was doubted by wife.A great embarrassment for me. she was very angry on me that she stopped to pick up my phone.She left my house and went to her mothers house for 2 weeks. after so much consolation and discussion with her mother ( more than 500 mins of call= 7000 INR) she agreed to come to my parents home. during the follow up with this company in Phone number ([protected]) one of their representative Ms Meghana ( keeping me in hold ) said to his colleague- are iska mail dekho nahi to ye jaan kha jayega ( attend his complaint else he will keep on calling us & disturbing us). after some emails follow up on date 13/03/2015 i requested Mr. Das S to deliver this gift to My Nice who is having her birthday on 24/03/2015, mentioning her name, address (in Raipur Only ) and date of delivery. He promised me to deliver the same without fail. I reminded Mr. Das S on 23/03/15 for delivery as per his request.he promised to deliver the gift on time ( I have email regarding all this details) but they failed to deliver again. I have to go through a great disgust in front of my Wife (twice), my nice & her Parents ( my Brother-in-law & sister along with many guest). I request you to take serious actions against this company. They are playing with emotions of common people. It disturbed my marriage life and created threat to it.
