I had a purchased a gift card from Hubble App. but the vendor refuse to accept stating they cannot provide any discount if they we use the gift card.
But this is not mentioned anywhere in the terms.
I had raised this concern on April 22 2024, Its May 9th today and still didn't getting any proper solution from customer care.
The customer keep saying he didn't get any update from the vendor.
I have been trying to connect with them everyday its the same reason and they are purposely harassing me and it has become mental torcher to me.
The executive is not escalating to any senior person and also it doesn't have any customer care number, its just the app chat and email id.
Its so frustrating and disturbing.
The company is duping customers by not giving any solution.
They simply keep giving reasons.
