We have Sampada Vijaya Nidhi Limited Company and we have adopted software of Hubco Company for accounting and serving our members, while purchasing software, the said Hubco Company has given us their software with the promise of good service and we have adopted the said software based on their word.

We have faced many problems while using the software and have brought it to the attention of the concerned and they are still pushing many aspects without correcting it and we have mentioned it in our list and they have been saying that they will solve it in the near future. We have heard that, but don't associate it with this, we will provide your service as soon as possible, pay now or we will stop using your software and we will not use it, then we will have to pay AMC money without any other option.

And then in a month the provided IFSC service is disabled and our customers are much inconvenienced and don't trust us. When contacted about this Hubco Software said that it is a service adopted by third parties without taking any responsibility regarding this contact them We are very shocked by this and we are very disgusted with ourselves but after selling the software and threatening to provide the right service, AMC acquired Hubco, although it is inconvenient for our business, they remain irresponsible and neutral without taking any initiative.

Further, many errors have been found in the software provided by him, despite repeated requests to solve it, he continues to follow a negligent attitude without solving it. Solve the defects in the software provided by you and get AMC, if you don't pay for it without reasonable discussion, they are threatening to ban your software, we say that threatening to collect money without providing service is tantamount to rowdy sum, but we can't fix the software according to your convenience, if you want, you can buy software from another company, that's all from us,
pay now .

They are saying that they will stop the software, Even though we have paid more than one lakh to them for the last two years, they behaved carelessly and threatened to terminate our relationship without refunding our money and without providing adequate compensation for the losses and pains we have suffered. Otherwise I am demanding to give us suitable compensation and break the relationship

If they not continued to give service as per our convenience kindly they can make repayment of which they’ve received from us and need to be compensate which we’ve lost our name n fame in the market regarding their deficiency service further if they make any affected to the our purchased software in future they can make compensate o[censored]p to Rs.5 crore due to we’ve business transactions in that software up to Rs. 3 to 4 crore
