Hubli Dharwad Municipal Corporation — Requesting for tree cutting

Dear sir,

My self Pratap Jadhav residening in Hubli, Bhavani nagar opp Raghavendra matha, Dharwad district. Sir there is a big tree side of my house which age is more than 20 years. Tree is in very dangerous situation it slowly sliding down and roots are coming up and half of the branches are on electricity main supply line and on my house.
Requesting you to look at this issue and kindly do needful.
