The transformer (25KV) provided at South eastern side of Bargaon village of Khanapur taluka in Belagavi district, is developing frequent faults, perhaps due to improper maintenance. Consumers with following consumer IDs and RR nos.have been provided domestic connection on this transformer and also some IP sets. Consumers IDs 3357771 (RR BG17403), ID3357839( RR BG39285 ), ID3357827(RR BG33567), ID3357848(RR 42419), ID 3357963 (RR BGKJ18781), ID 3357841(RR BG39786), ID 3357899 (RR BG90). These consumers are without electric supply for last about ten days with darkness in the night. Please note that about 5 months back, the transformer was faulty for about 20 days and for the 20 days there was no electric supply for the above consumers and IP sets ( in darkness), until it was repaired/replaced after 20 days. As the faults is causing lot of hardship, kindly arrange for early replacement by new transformer and ensure proper maintenance in future.

    Dear sir last month bill issuing is 26/08/2015, & there Due Date is 15/08/2015 how can it possible? i m going to pay the bill on 27/08/2015 for Rs.511.but your hescom bill collection officer is saying your bill is going due date plese pay penalty, Why i pay penalty Whats wrong with me? how i pay Without bill before due date, there for i not pay the last month bill. then Dtd 06/09/2015 is giving current month bill but here also 31 rs Extra o[censored]sase of power, there for i m going to Borgaon Section office 06/09/2015 04.00pm but there is no any one officer in office i wait 1/2 hour no one is coming in office after 04.30 pm i take there complaint book & write the complaint & leave there. what is rules of Section office officer duty because no any one person is in office.still on words no any intimation on section office, in section office i write the complaint but i no any one are seeing or not. please take action before 13/09/2015 because current bill Due Date is 15/09/2015.       I had paid my electricity bill rs 572.00 online on 06.02.2015 with transaction id bcrp[protected] and receipt id[protected] which results payment successfull. But in my account statement instead of debiting rs 572.00 i got rs 577.62 debited to my account and i got receipt for only rs 572.00. So the difference of rs 5.62 is an excess payment i made to hescom. Who is responsible for this and who will refund this excess amount to me ?

        The above meter was installed during January 2012. It is an L & T make new meter. Since few months I am getting huge bills ranging from Rs.104/- to 708/- . This month Sept.2014, the meter reader has not submitted the bill saying that there is no consumption. However, the residence is a single bed room house with only two persons living in it.The electricity consumption is not so much as reflected in the monthly bills paid by us so far. It is surprising that the meter is not working properly and gives indifferent readings every month which is causing lot of inconvenience to us and we are loosing huge sum unnecessarily towards electricity bills payment. Hence, I request you to please arrange to test the meter immediately and rectify the problem or else replace the meter with new one. Since the matter is urgent and serious please respond to my request on priority immediately.

          I am Amiruddin Kola. I have not received my electricity bill for the month of July 2014.I approached HESCOM billing department in Bhatkal with complaint but till date they are not able to give me any reply . I have asked them to give me duplicate invoice but they found that bill is not down loaded in your system .Please inquire in to the matter and provide me with accurate billing . I will wait for two more days and again iwill contact you.

            Last month I recieved a bill for Rs. 1, 350/-, when I asked ESCOM to please check the bill again the person rudely asked "Do you have Bulbs, TV, AC in your house", I replied "Yes". He said "Phir itna bill to ayega hi". Before installing the AC(Invertor Technology, 1 ton) my bill was 700-800 MAX and as I stay in Belgaum, Karnataka, I do not have to use the AC a lot. So this month I did not turn on my AC even once, as its monsoon, just to see how it goes. My bill is again Rs. 1, 341/-, I do not understand this. It is just two people in the house and we go to work on the weekdays. How can you hand me a bill for 1341?

              Every time complain is given a couple of hescom staff comes to the spot, works for 15 to 20 minutes with all temporary style and goes off. We have requested them n number of times to repair or replace for permanent solutions, they give some excuses and ran away. At night today 9-oct-13 11.25AM, all of a sudden short circuit happened and heard a big sparkling sound and all current went off. After repeated complaints over phone we have not received any solutions and this transformer is just corner to my plot and in future due to your negligence something goes bad to my family or any passenger passing through the transformer, i will call for the news channel and raise the issue. Within 2 to 3 days if we didnt get any response from your end, we will take the photograph and give it in a news paper

                Hubli Electricity Supply Company Limited (HESCOM) was formed under Company’s Act on 01.06.2002. HESCOM is responsible for power distribution in Dharwad, Gadag, Bijapur, Bagalkot, Uttara Kannada, Haveri and Belgaum districts of Karnataka.

                I would like to bring your kind notice that the electric meter provided by HESCOM is not compliance with the general standard and its speed is high compare to others town around our district. .Since last 10 Years The Residents of Bhatkal feel uncomfortable and inconvinience due to gradual rise in thier bills. We would like to check these electrical meter under the survelleince of consurmer court.
                Please help us to proceed with our complain to solve this problem .

                I want to pay electricity bills online. because there is a only one bill counter for around 25lacs of people in our town. it is so ridicules that waiting hours of time in a big line. And the relaince online bill site is very slow. and the person who collect the bill is so slow (eating pan tobaco at all time). My town is Uttar Kannada district, Kumta Taluk.

                  This is Manjunath R Doddamani Junior Engineer(Ele)., HESCOM(KEB), I am a Govt employee of Karnatake state and i was applied TC249 post paid plan on 09/04/2008 but the vadafone store given TC199 plan insted of TC249(TC249 plan already given to somebody who is our colligue).So i am requesting you that please convert my this plan TC199 to TC249 plan immediately as early as possible.
