Dear sir I complaint 1st visit on 12pm after that I visit 10 times but no responce so now I visit again to electricity department at now last visit at 9.30pm for issue no power in my home and small children also at home so we can't sleep ...and no body responds I very disappointed ... all the staff playing the game in mobile and talking behaviour like attitude and there is one person he told me he was section officer name was MD Pathan he also talking like attitude... ... please take some action that staff

Energy meter display damage

The meter was changed before 3 years, but due to database issue it wasn't updated in the system. We were charged for 472 units in Feb2020 after they updated the meter as changed. We complained about this to Hescom office, Sirsi and requested AEE to provide justice as the normal use is maximum of 40-50 units. During MNR of 9 months, for 27 units we were charged. So if 50 unit is taken as average : 50-27 =23 units, for 9 months = 207 units. But already we were charged for 472 units which way too much for our consumption.

Respected AEE sir had promised to investigate and get back in a week, but we didn't get any response. As field workers threatened about taking out the fuse, my mother had to pay them. Normal people will not know what is MNR unless some explanation is given. Department is misusing the innocence of village people and charging this much of extra large amount.

We didn't get any resolution last year, we left it. But again this month Sept2021, we are charged 1253/- extra as audit correction charges for previous MNR. For a house which uses max 50 units per month, how can you charge more than 100 units? Please investigate on this issue and wave off the amount.

This is a sincere request for the investigation and we would be waiting for some positive resolution.

I also have copies of complaint letter to AEE with seal of the office, Meter tested ok copy if needed.

I am maheshkumar patil of mutaga belagavi...I given a application for solar subsidiary at the AE, HESCOM BELGAUM RSD2 on 29/08/2020 for solar subsidiary...The same has not been sanctioned till date by above authority..Even I have requested so many times there is no response from the authority...

I am a resident of Vanashree Nagar, Sattur, Dharwad.
There is an electric pole in front of our construction site which is bent.
Earlier, during the month of Jan 2021, I had contacted Chavan who is the incharge for our area KEB. He along with the shifting team had inspected the electric pole and suggested that we may have to provide a stunt and fix the pole that was little bent. Thinking it may cost more, we asked for a cheaper solution. The shifting team suggested that, they can put an angle and put the cables away from our construction site. We agreed for this and as fee Mr Jambunath pulled all the cables the other side of the pole by putting an angle. Our area KEB in charge said, you guys discuss with the shifting team and see which is feasible to you guys. We paid the shifting person amount of Rs.15000.
No doubt the issue was fixed as all the 3-4 cables were now far from our site.
But, after 4 months due to heavy rains and heavy breeze and also due to the weight or pulling of the cables on on side, the electric pole has now bent more towards our house. So, again I contacted the same person who has fixed the problem. I also complained the KEB office and also raised a complaint online in HESCOM website and requested them to fix it. The KEB in charge stated that, it was you guys call and you got it done, I warned earlier itself that we should provide stunt. I agree to his point now, But, things turned bit ugly when I tried getting some influence of the corporator of a neighbour village. Mr Chavan was like it was their mistake. Not his. And later he said he will talk to the guy who has fixed this problem earlier. I agreed to his points. But, since I had also complained online, they started calling me and asking if the issue was fixed, they did follow up for 3 days, on 3 day when I said no one has visited the site and had a look at the problem yet, The Hescom representative took Mr. Chavan Sattur KEB in charge on conference call in order to get the status on the complaint.
This was a follow-up from HESCOM team since, I had registered the complaint.
Mr Chavan got angry with me because of multiple pressures. I told him, it was not me who us pressurizing you. It is because of the online complaint, but he is like if you start putting pressure like this, I will complain on you only, it is your fault, you guys have got done this. I do not understand why is thinking like that. No matter what we have fixed now the pole has bent. Hence I need KEB's help to fix this pro

Hi Team,

I am the residents of Bharat nagar, Shahapur main road opposite Shahapur Police Quarters Belagavi 590003.
There is no main road lights working for long 5 to 6 years. More than half of the lights are not working throughout the line from Shahapur Nath pai circle to Vadagavi Yellur road. This is worst experience at night time due to no lights causing accidents, increase of thieves activities. I had already written a complaint regarding the same almost 8 months ago and no prompt actions were taken.

I kindly request please do the needful and get our damaged lights working.

At Tyappagol's farm in Basnal Gaddi at Chikodi, a 3000 volt TC is completely surrounded by bushes. This dangerous TC has been completely ignored by Hescom. Since the TC is completely surrounded by bushes, there is a big risk of short circuit in the surroundings. Hescom therefore requested that the TC, which is completely covered with shrubs, be cleared of shrubs and the surrounding area be protected from the danger.

I am a resident Shahapur belgaum The street light of bharat nagar backside 6th cross Shahapur belgavi, was not working since 15 days the light bulb was expired so please change street light as soon possible it was humble request to hescom KEB team

Had submitted my meter to Hescom Authority and Applied for Temporary Meter for Construction Purpose at Sai Colony 4th cross Kangrali BK Belgaum.
Now My construction is Over. I want to to return back the Temporary Meter and Re install the old Meter which was registered in my Name.

What will be the estimated total cost for 2 KV Meter to be installed at my site.
