Respected Hescom Officers,

The subject as refers above the street lights are not working or operating for last almost 2 years in as mentioned below address.
Bharat nagar, Shahapur main road Belagavi Pin code 590003
The lights are off from Shahapur Police station to Bharat nagar 3rd cross from last 2 years. And this problem is not one day Or two, it's been everyday and as the day turns to night there will be full of darkness and invisible which is causing road accidents and also this might further cause unwanted crimes in such darkness.
I could have sent photos of such darkness without even a single street light I could not capture photo due to invisibility.
I kindly request take necessary steps and make the citizens in lights at least before Deepawali starts let us celebrate this festival I'm lights.
Please come and visit the spot at night time you would have exact problem how we are facing.
Hope you would get strict and prompt action on this.

We the residents of lotus county zenith apartment mandoli road belgavi wish to state that
1. We have been given new meter from August 2020 in zenith apartment lotus county.
2. It's observed by all that consumption meter reading as compared to usage is more.
Hence we all request you to check meters installed for any descripence and rectify the same at earlest as we are paying heavy Bill amount.

Kindly rectify the voltage issue, since morning 2 am. Its continues voltage increases and decrease continuesly.

Sir I mean Vidyasagar Ainapure April:-Ingali Talking:-Chikodi Dist:-Belgaum sir I'm a poor farmer I have some animals and some agricultural land in Village milk production for home use and small children i have a one Borewell in my land water use for drinking to animals and areas people's use bore water but Hescom office Manjriwadi section officer N T Patil not provide power supply to Borewell hi act like a rowdy his insult to me and my wife in his section office Manjriwadi i request him so many times begging but hi no give any response to use. So please I humble request to u please provide me power supply

We dont have current since last night, 4 times i called and informed.. Still we didnt get electricity.. Please so the needful

There is no electricity from night 8 PM on dated 20/10/2020. Due to that we are unable to do office work from home. Kindly provided the sufficient electricity supply to work.

After giving a written complaint to office and verbal requested to meter redder thay are not giving monthly bill in correct time

There is no power in Sudarshan Nagar Dandeli, Since 11:30 and Dandeli Keb is not responding to any issues.

And this is the situation everyday.

Please escalate this or let me know, whom to reachout for proper action.

My self nitin akki from sai nagar mudhol, from last 15 day's steeat light is not working, we have made so many times compaint regarding same matter, totally it's damages, wire was cut in more and no switch is given for on off purpose.

Dear sir,

Street light pole number 24/1024, 3rd cross, near karnataka circle, navanagar, hubballi, the above pole number can fall anytime due to heavy wind or rain, which may cause accident as there will be lot of people roaming on the street as well there are many houses & vehicles parked which may cause damage on us / vehicles.

We had also given a written complaint to hescom with photo of the pole on[protected], till now the concerned officer / dept. Has not come to examine the pole, which may really cause a major accident in coming days.

I sincerely request you to solve the problem & put a new pole at the earliest

There is a big dried neem tree over the ht line near varavi cross, yakkeri village taluka savadatti dust belgaum. Since, long time it is not cut off or removed as it is dangerous to farmers and crop. So, take up the matter at an earliest and do the needful immediately.

We are your ht connection customer. Our industry located in kempwad, tal - athani. We had 150 workers in our industry. If you stop electricity for one day you should tell us at least before one day so we can give holiday to our worker. Without electricity our machine can not start and we have to pay our worker daily 319 rupees per day. Today on 29 nov 2019 you stop electricity without any previous information at 8:00 am and we get electricity at 4:00 pm. So today we have to pay half day payment to our 150 workers and it is 22, 500 rupees. Every day you stop electricity one hour, half hour that is acceptable but today 7 hour you stop electricity, that is tot acceptable... Are you taking our today's loss responsibility?
If this will happens next time then it will be your responsibility and you have to give that much amount to our worker..

Pin-591112. Writing here regarding frequent power failure. Today 24th of august 2020.
I have faced power failure 3 times within 2 hour. Same situation everyday.
I have already filed complaint with complaint number:h[protected]
But without any solution, without my knowledge they have closed the compliant.
If same procedure repeats. I will send an email to higher authorities keeping energy ministers and concerned higher authorities.

You are saying meter changed on[protected] then you are giving me bill on may 2020, in between 5 months you taken in jan 2020 month 48 units bill of reason dl & april 2020 month 18 units of reason dl. When my old meter reading is[protected] = 75 units & new meter reading is 248 units = 323 units then where is gone above two months 66 units you charged bill. When[protected] you are changed meter in my house, meter is out side then how can you give normal bill in feb 2020 & march 2020? Before december 2019 last four month average consumption is 49 unit per month. When you are giving me may month bill you are entered five months consumed units then how can i pay double charge. When meter is out side as per your rules then why you are not given per month consumed units bill for customer?
Hoping to receive a positive action in the matter.
