My mter no. Is mnl17300 at sirsi. Meter reading was done during march 2020 with meter reading 586 now during may 2020 meter reading is 778 and amount is 758/- i have paid march bill rs.337 and april online bill rs.394. So my may bill shud be rs.364 instead of rs.758 /-. Kindly rectify the mistake so that i can pay the bill in time...

Since hescom had not gave any bill for last 2 months (Starting from march 15 to may 15) due to lockdown issue, the billing after 2 months gives huge amount of bill when the same slab of billing is considered (For example for reading below 61units is ₹3.7, above this is ₹5.2 etc,) but the consumed unit of electricity gets cumulative every month.
So the slab spot of this different energy charges must also be doubled (For 2 months)...

My house is at talwade, jamboti region, khanapur taluka, belgaum, (Tlw49381, id4256294) there is no power supply for more than six months, it is becaus of faulty tc, i am unable to contact the line man, his mobile number is always not reachable, please send me the contact details for hescom jamboti region.

At Nipani in Shrinagar area there is low voltage since 09/05/2020. Their complaint number is not responsive-1912. The software is not friendly available on their website. Appliances and devices are not working. Running with high risk. Consumers are agitating. Please assist to get good voltage....

This is regarding pathetic service and attitude of hescom in attending faulty meter issues. After new meters was installed bill has jumped 30-50 times. Have to call and wait for weeks to get any attention. My mother suffered a lot due to this mentally.
Repeated complaints yield only one answer."meter is working fine, check if neighbors have stolen or there is some leakage in your connection"
Their technicians are unable to provide...

I m sandeep naik from seabird colony near anganwadi school agerwada todur karwar - 581324 in this colony harijan colony also called so this area all the electrical line are faulted insulator broken and ceiling cable are losing and touch together and sparking when air flow since 2 year go i requesting karwar kebab engineer i. E raju binge and his also come and seen all the areas and not to trying repair it reason says deficiency...

Since many years we are receiving high/low voltage electricity supply through transformer connected to our office premises electricity lines, resulting many times our ups have burnt. In ward number 48, sadashiv colony and surrounding along gadag road there is no power supply since two days. Customer care when called no response till now. It's difficult to stay with kids at home under complete dark. Please resolve the issue immediately or else the same will be covered in press and firm will be attacked by angry mob of this area. There is regular voltage fluctuation in my house and area. Duet to voltage variation home electronic appliances are getting damaged. Our building electrician identified there is excess voltage in the line i.e 260 to 270 Volt. We have given request and complaint 3 times in Tilakwadi Belgaum centre but there was no response. Kindly resolve the issue on priority.

We know that we should have paid it, but today 25th aug 2019 - around 12:30 - 1:00pm your three respresentatives come in front of our house and say that you need to pay the bill. In hebballi layout, near rajeevnagar there is power cut since 8hours we need to lift water for daily use as there is no water. So please resolve it now itself. We tried to call hescom since from 4pm but all phones are. Switched off and landline not picking up then where to complaint.

There is also no street lights also. Transformers are making noise. So please look into it...

We do not have electricity since 3 days now. We have contacted electricity office of hescom bhatkal and kptc. No has turned up at at the site. Wires were cut down and lying on the roads, no body bother about the safety of people around here. This is the worst service by hescom. Please give priority to restore the service as we have small children they suffocating lot in the night time.
