    In the past few weeks i have observed that there have been too frequent power cuts in navanagar, i would like to inform you that i am a medical student and my exams are heading rapidly towards me in the coming days and my family is not so financially sound to but a ups and it has also come to my notice that there are only power cuts in navanagar and the power cut is not given effect in vidyagiri area, and this discrimination has also been done in the so called entire day powercuts meant to repair some grid and its been done three times since the past month i hope that you will consider my request and provide adequate power supply and remain true to your customers.

        I have paid bill for the month of march in april 2020 online of rs. 658/-
        Still in the month of april bill, they have added bill of march plus april and they are arguing that we don't know the same saying this is 2 month bill. This case is hescom raibag. Account id 1532808.

        If same compliant will not resolved earliest i will make this issue viral to media how this are making loot of common people..

          Excess billing

          My mter no. Is mnl17300 at sirsi. Meter reading was done during march 2020 with meter reading 586 now during may 2020 meter reading is 778 and amount is 758/- i have paid march bill rs.337 and april online bill rs.394. So my may bill shud be rs.364 instead of rs.758 /-. Kindly rectify the mistake so that i can pay the bill in time...

          Since hescom had not gave any bill for last 2 months (Starting from march 15 to may 15) due to lockdown issue, the billing after 2 months gives huge amount of bill when the same slab of billing is considered (For example for reading below 61units is ₹3.7, above this is ₹5.2 etc,) but the consumed unit of electricity gets cumulative every month.
          So the slab spot of this different energy charges must also be doubled (For 2 months) in order to make fare billing.

              At Nipani in Shrinagar area there is low voltage since 09/05/2020. Their complaint number is not responsive-1912. The software is not friendly available on their website. Appliances and devices are not working. Running with high risk. Consumers are agitating. Please assist to get good voltage.

                    According to the above subject i shivakumar shashidhar umarani of athani wants to tell you that the street wires of the road are coming down and tree trimming, straightening of poles and poles are not in a proper way and it can touches the vehicles going on the road. So i would like to request you to make the masarguppi line correct at an early time and it might be required additional poles. The farmers are afraid to go on this road because of the lower to the street wire and if any big vehicles like tractor, chakkadi gadi while going it touches the wire so it can be a big problem. Again i would like to request you to come and see the situation in masaraguppi line as possible as early.
                    I hope you will correct the masarguppi line soon as much as possible.

                      From farmers vijayapure nikkam tc

                      We are from vijayapur nikkam tc farmers (Jammakandi road), who have given complaint to check the tc, but till now there is no immediate response from the concerned workers, not sure what they are expecting from farmers to get it repair soon. As i know its around 10 days, farmers are leaving the work and coming to keb, and going back back, some workers told there is not enough oil, then who is the responsibility to get the enough oil? If need money from farmer please let me know asap, as i know it is around 10 days, grapes plants leaves have become yellow, pomegranate plants are there, and some farmers grown something else, if still not taking serious then there will huge loss to the farmers, who is the responsibility for that loss.

                          high bill after replacing old meter with new

                          This is regarding pathetic service and attitude of hescom in attending faulty meter issues. After new meters was installed bill has jumped 30-50 times. Have to call and wait for weeks to get any attention. My mother suffered a lot due to this mentally.
                          Repeated complaints yield only one answer."meter is working fine, check if neighbors have stolen or there is some leakage in your connection"

                          I m sandeep naik from seabird colony near anganwadi school agerwada todur karwar - 581324 in this colony harijan colony also called so this area all the electrical line are faulted insulator broken and ceiling cable are losing and touch together and sparking when air flow since 2 year go i requesting karwar kebab engineer i. E raju binge and his also come and seen all the areas and not to trying repair it reason says deficiency of menpower and insulator items are not provide company.

                          Recently i complaint current leakages means in neutral current supply found when i tested by tester my electronic devices like freezer, television, washing machine, water pump and mixer grinder are repair com's again and again current bills also comes heavy every month

                          In views of above it is requested that necessary action may be taken for repair or replace transformer or electrical line earliest.

                                There is regular voltage fluctuation in my house and area. Duet to voltage variation home electronic appliances are getting damaged.                                     Dear sir, due to some unavoidable circumstances - we could not pay the bill for previous two months. We know that we should have paid it, but today 25th aug 2019 - around 12:30 - 1:00pm your three respresentatives come in front of our house and say that you need to pay the bill. We said we will pay the bill in 10 minutes - thats it. They should have gone after saying that but they said till then you dont pay we will not go - harshly. Sir, if you check the history most of the time we have paid extra bill in advance - but the way your representatives spoke it was insulting to us as if we have done a big default of lakhs of rupees and running away. Your representatives were not courteous, harsh in words, they don't know what is customer relationship, what is customer service. I humbly appeal to you - to please train your representatives on how to talk to customers. The day is very near some competitor will come into the market and then you may start losing your business. Therefore politeness, courteousness, being humble are important so please train your representatives - or else one day there will be no business for you people. Tell your representatives to apologise and say sorry. Nobody is perfect in this world we are humans - we make mistakes - but insulting some one is wrong. Remind your representatives. Please reply.
